mr brenton - studio director

Brenton is a seasoned Teacher & Dancer with a passion that ignited at a young age and has since taken him across continents. From his early years, he immersed himself in various genres of dance, honing his skills and mastering techniques that he now shares with his Students. 

With a solid foundation in Dance education, Brenton has pursued rigorous training under prestigious institutions such as the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD), Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dancing (CSTD), and Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD). 

Brenton's dedication to his craft led him to become a member of AusDance, a testament to his commitment to the Dance community and its growth.

Brenton's journey in dance has also seen him take on the role of an affiliated examination teacher for International Dance Technique (IDT), where he imparts his knowledge and expertise to aspiring dancers, nurturing the next generation of performers.

In addition to his accomplishments as a performer, Brenton is also a certified Dance Teacher and Manager, holding a Certificate IV in Dance Teaching and Management. His commitment to excellence extends beyond the stage, as he takes on the role of Director at Industry, a testament to his leadership and vision within the Dance community. 


Miss lucy - senior teacher & studio manager

Lucy has been immersed in the world of dance since she was a young child, developing a profound passion for movement and rhythm. Specializing in hip hop, Lucy is renowned for her dynamic energy and captivating performance skills, making her a standout in her field. Her journey in dance has been marked by continuous growth and achievement, culminating in passing her teachers’ exam in 2023.

In addition to her role as a teacher, Lucy is the driving force behind the smooth operation of our studio. She expertly manages both the day-to-day administration and works closely with brenton on the broader vision of our studio. Her dedication to dance and her comprehensive understanding of studio management make her an invaluable asset to our team and a source of inspiration to all who work with her


miss BELLA - JUNIOR SCHOOL TEACHER & STUDIO reception

Bella’s passion for dance shines through in every class she teaches. With a genuine love for working with students, she creates a positive and supportive environment where young dancers feel encouraged to grow in both confidence and skill.

Bella is accredited as an Advanced Teacher with The Acrobatic Dance Association, has successfully completed her teaching certificate, and is currently completing her Certificate in Dance Teaching Management at Dynamic Performing Arts. She is deeply committed to building a long term career in dance teaching, and her warm, approachable nature makes her a valued and trusted member of the Industry Dance Project team.

miss Sarah - performing arts teacher

Miss Sarah began her performing arts training at the Australian College of Entertainment at 12 years of age, studying dance, singing and musical theatre. She has classical and emotion-centred vocal training and has performed across stage, television, live events and recording studios.

Her experience includes performing in Hollywood at the Young Americans National Invitational Competition, appearances at Disneyland California, supporting Regine Velasquez in Sydney, appearing on Starstruck, and recording vocals for the R&B Superclub album series.

Miss Grace - Junior teacher

Miss Grace has been training in the performing arts from a young age, beginning dance at age 9 and studying singing and musical theatre from just 7 years old. She has performed in stage productions including High School Musical and a featured role in a production of Mulan, developing strong performance skills and stage confidence early on.

Grace regularly attends external training with HAMA Productions and completed her Junior Teaching Exam in 2025. She has been a dedicated Student Teacher with Industry Dance Project for the past two years, where she has shown strong leadership potential, reliability, and a genuine passion for supporting and mentoring younger dancers.
